Browse the shop and pick what you'd like. Every product shows its price and turnaround upfront.

Customise it
Use the options on the product page — styles, add-ons, quantities. Your running total updates as you go, with no surprises.

Send your request
Add to cart and check out as a guest (no account needed). Add your details, delivery choice, and any reference photo or notes.
- 04
We confirm your price
Minks reviews your order and confirms the final price with you — especially for anything estimated or quoted. Banking details are then sent to you privately.
- 05
Pay & receive
Pay by EFT once you're happy. Your piece is made by hand and couriered to you (or collected), with a watermarked preview along the way for portraits.
A note on reference photos
For portraits and personalised pieces, a good reference photo makes all the difference. Aim for good lighting, everyone clearly visible, and the highest resolution you have. You can upload it on the product page, or email / WhatsApp an HD version after ordering.
Faceless portraits
A quick reminder that all our portraits are drawn faceless— it’s our signature look. More on that in the FAQ.
A little honesty on timing
Since this isn’t my 9–5 and just my passion — a girl’s gotta eat, sleep and, yeah, help with household chores too! That being said, I strive to give it all my attention to achieve the best outcome.
When the initial time estimate is given, all factors are considered and all efforts are made to stick to this timeline. Please be patient and understanding of this.

Delivery
Kindly provide your home address if a courier is needed. We use Fastway couriers to deliver packages (they can be troublesome at times). Costing ranges from R110–R130 for an A4 satchel, and courier charges increase if you’re situated in a grey area.
If it’s more convenient, we can arrange for the parcel to be sent from Polokwane to Killarney / Lenz for pickup at your convenience. Please note this option is subject to the availability of someone travelling to Joburg, so timing may vary.
How long will your order take?
Please be patient — this is dependent on the amount of orders I currently have at hand. Certain items take longer than others depending on the detail, type and quantity of the design.
Changes in design
Any changes requested after the initial design concept has been approved may incur additional fees. This ensures we can continue to deliver high-quality work while respecting the time and effort invested in each project.
3 changes are allowed per design project; after this, each change will be an additional cost. Again, costing per change is dependent on the project at hand.
Printing of items
Different types of paper can affect how colours appear once printed. The texture, coating and finish of the paper (e.g. matte, gloss, uncoated) can all influence the final look — sometimes making colours appear more muted, more vibrant, or slightly different in tone.
Colours may also vary between what you see on your screen and the final printed version. Screens display colours in RGB light, while printers use CMYK ink, which can lead to slight shifts depending on both the paper and the print process.
Paying
Payments are only needed after we’ve sent through your order. It’s only when the order amount is large that payment will be needed beforehand. We prefer EFTs over cash, and banking details are shared once your order is confirmed.
Kindly send through a proof of payment once payment has been made. :)
