Terms & Policies

Almost everything at Sticky Minks is made to order — drawn, designed or printed specially for you. Because these items can’t be resold, custom pieces are non-refundable once work has begun (this includes portraits, notebooks, invitations, labels, stickers and branding work). This is different from any ready-made stock items, which would be noted as such.

You can cancel your order any time before it moves into “In Progress” — that’s the point where Minks starts making your piece. Just reply to your order email or WhatsApp us. Once work has begun, the made-to-order policy above applies.

Design projects include 3 changes after you approve the initial concept. This lets us keep the quality high while respecting the time and care in each piece. Beyond 3 changes, further revisions are quoted per project (never a fixed fee — it depends on the work involved).

Colours can vary slightly between your screen and the final printed piece. Screens show colour in RGB light, while printers use CMYK ink, and the paper’s texture and finish (matte, gloss, uncoated) all affect the final look — sometimes making colours appear more muted, more vibrant, or slightly different in tone. This is normal for print and not a fault.

Turnaround times shown on each product are indicative and begin once your details, reference photo (where needed) and any quote are confirmed. During busy periods the wait can increase a little — we’ll always keep you posted.

Payment is by EFT, and is only requested afteryour order and final price are confirmed with you. Banking details are sent to you privately at that point — they are never stored on this website. For larger orders, payment may be requested upfront; we’ll discuss this with you directly.

We deliver nationwide via The Courier Guy, from R135 for an A4 satchel (1–3 days). Outlying areas and bulkier or heavier items (like a Matric Box or notebooks) may cost more — your delivery is confirmed with your final total.

Collection may be possible for some orders (a parcel sent from Polokwane to Killarney/Lenz for pickup), subject to availability. We’ll confirm whether it’s possible for your order.

All prices are shown in South African Rand and are final. Sticky Minks is not VAT registered.
